Our Sacred Journey: The Making of
Sri Abhayanjaneya Swamy Temple
In January 2024, during the Annual General Meeting, a resolution was passed to construct the Abhayanjaneya Swamy Temple.
After careful consideration, the temple site was identified, and the Bhoomi Pooja (groundbreaking ceremony) was performed on April 28, 2024.
Construction work began in August 2024 and progressed rapidly.
Efforts to collect donations continue, emphasizing the community’s role in supporting the temple’s completion and future activities.
A donation drive was launched in October 2024 to gather funds for the temple construction.
The stone idol of Sri Abhayanjaneya Swamy and other essential items arrived on December 12, 2024, and were securely stored following due procedures.
The temple’s main door installation ceremony was completed on December 15, 2024, marking the completion of major construction by the end of December 2024.
The Construction Management Team has been instrumental in overseeing the project’s progress, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining quality standards.
On February 8, 2025, the Pandal Pooja was conducted for the Yagasala (sacrificial hall).
The inauguration of the temple is scheduled from February 21 to 23, 2025, with the blessings of Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji.
